If you love cooking and have a passion for creating dishes using fresh ingredients of the highest quality, then you are in the right place. We are a French Bistro, serving a la Carte and daily specials from 12pm – 10pm Monday – Sunday.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who already knows their way around a kitchen and is looking for the next step in their career. You will support our head chef by taking ownership and responsibility within the kitchen and maintaining Blandford Comptoir’s impeccable standards.
As well as service you will be responsible for;
- Daily preparation
- Chef training,
- Kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety,
- Deliveries and stock rotation,
Shifts work on a rotation basis of approx. 40 hours per week. You will receive a competitive salary, staff meals and company discount.
