We are now looking for a CHEF DE PARTIE and a SOUS CHEF to work closely alongside the Group Head Chef to produce fresh and seasonal food. Your role will include:

  • Placing orders, Preparing, cooking and presenting the dishes in line with our standards
  • Creating new dishes alongside the Group Head Chef
  • Managing and training the team working with you
  • Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the health and safety rules


  • You have held the role of Junior Sous Chef for 2 – 3 years’ or at least 1 year in Sous chef position in similar establishment
  • Good understanding of financial acumen
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to run the kitchen in the absence of the Group Head Chef
  • Ability to work as part of a skilled team where consistently great food is the focus
  • Experience of working with seasonal products
  • Passion for teamwork and personal development
